الوصف الوظيفي:
إدارة المعاملات المالية: تسجيل المشتريات، تحصيل المدفوعات، وإصدار الفواتير.
خدمة العملاء: تقديم خدمة سريعة وودودة، والرد على استفسارات العملاء.
إدارة النقديات: التعامل مع المدفوعات النقدية وبطاقات الائتمان بدقة، وإصدار الإيصالات.
التعامل مع الشكاوى: حل المشكلات البسيطة التي قد يواجهها العملاء أثناء الدفع.
الصيانة: الحفاظ على نظافة المكان وتنظيم المساحة المحيطة بمنطقة الدفع.
التعاون مع الفريق: التنسيق مع الزملاء في الفريق لضمان سير العمل بكفاءة.
‏- Job description:
‏Customer Transactions: Process customer purchases, ensuring accuracy in handling payments, change, and issuing receipts.
‏Customer Service: Greet customers, address questions or concerns, and provide an excellent customer experience during checkout.
‏Cash Handling: Accurately handle cash, credit, and debit transactions while ensuring proper documentation and security.
‏Register Management: Operate and balance the cash register, ensuring the register is stocked with enough change and supplies.
‏Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies with payments or transactions promptly and professionally.
‏Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep the cashier station and surrounding areas clean and organized to provide a pleasant shopping environment.
‏Team Collaboration: Work alongside other team members to ensure the store's operations run smoothly, especially during busy periods.
‏Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels of receipts, bags, and other necessary supplies, informing supervisors of shortages.
المهارات والمؤهلات:
يشترط الحصول على شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها.
يفضل من لديه خبرة سابقة في وظيفة أمين صندوق أو في مجال البيع بالتجزئة.
مهارات قوية في الرياضيات والإدارة المالية.
مهارات ممتازة في خدمة العملاء والتواصل.
القدرة على العمل بكفاءة في بيئة عمل سريعة التطور.
الاهتمام بالتفاصيل والقدرة على حل المشكلات.
‏Skills and Qualifications:
‏High school diploma or equivalent required.
‏Previous experience in a cashier or retail position is preferred.
‏Strong mathematical and money-handling skills.
‏Excellent customer service and communication skills.
‏Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
‏Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
الأوليه لمن لديه الخبره في المجال.
يفضل من الجنسيه اليمنيه.
وموجود في المنطقه الشرقيه.
Priority is given to those with experience in the field.
Preferably Yemeni nationals.
Located in the Eastern Province.
